Our run coaching is a one on one virtual programming model tailored to your specific needs so you can get out there and crush your goals! Looking to run your first race? Dealing with injury and haven't been able to get back to running? Hitting a plateau in your training and ready to have your breakthrough? Our run coaching and programming has everything you need to get to the next level! You will not only be working one on one with the running coach, but you can also work as a team with the physical therapist to help you stay healthy and pain free through your journey!
Maggie competed as a NCAA Division II cross country and track athlete from 2013-2017. After graduating, she continued her athletic career by competing in full and half marathons, deepening her passion for the sport and for coaching.
Drawing from her own experiences as an athlete, Maggie brings a unique perspective to her programming. She understands the highs of breakthrough performances, the frustration of plateaus, and the challenges of injury and rehab. That perspective fuels her belief that training should be personalized to each athlete’s life and goals, rather than a one-size-fits-all plan.
Maggie values community, accountability, and the process it takes to reach big goals. Whether you’re new to running, struggling with injuries, battling through "the wall,” or just need help finding consistency, Maggie is dedicated to helping you figure it out and achieve your next goal.

Meet the Coach- Katie
Katie was a Division III two sport athlete, competing in both cross country and swimming. With her extensive history in both sports, she has a deep understanding of endurance training across multiple disciplines.
She has completed over 10 full marathons, a 70.3 Ironman, multiple triathlons, and powerlifting meets. This diverse athletic background shapes her belief in intentional cross-training as a key component of long-term performance.
Katie's goal is to build sustainable training programs that fit into real life. Whether you're new to running, balancing training with a busy schedule, returning from injury, or preparing for your first marathon - Katie will help you train smart, reduce injury risk, and smash PR's.
She is passionate about meeting athletes where they are and guiding them toward where they want to be. Through specific programming and coaching individualized to you, Katie will help you achieve goals you once thought were out of reach.
