Where is Function Reforged?

Function Reforged is mobile and virtual. Mobile meaning we come to you and virtual meaning we provide services via virtual video sessions and on-line programming services.
Do you take my insurance?

Function Reforged is an out of pocket PT practice. Traditional PT clinics are flooded with patients making it difficult to get one on one time with your therapist. By not accepting insurance we can guarantee you full one on one sessions with the physical therapist to make sure that your problems are fully evaluated and treated with the highest quality of care.
How long are sessions?

When booking with Function Reforged you should allot 90 minutes for an evaluation and 60 minutes for a follow-up session. This gives you and the therapist enough time to fully get to the root of the problem in order to address it appropriately and come up with the best plan of action to meet your goals each session!
Do I need a referral from my doctor?

You do not need a referral from your doctor to receive physical therapy at Function Reforged. We can and will communicate with your physician to ensure best practice and optimize your care as needed. After 30 days, if further treatment is required, your physician will have to provide a prescription for physical therapy services for you.
Can I use my HSA to pay?

Yes, HSA's cover physical therapy services. If you are unsure, you may want to inquire with the HSA provider to see if they have any requirements to ensure that you are able to use it.
